
Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Summary:
The Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and operational support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate inter-departmental communication and follow up on pending actions.
Meeting & Event Management:
Organize meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Project & Task Management:
Assist the MD in tracking ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and provide summaries for decision-making.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Operational Support:
Manage office operations relevant to the MD's role.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of administrative issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
