The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day executive administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining the MD’s diary, and coordinating communications. Responsibilities also include making travel arrangements, organizing agendas, assist in managing projects and events, and handling confidential matters efficiently and with discretion.Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance Proven experience in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal aptitude Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills A professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree are preferred Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
