Edify World School, Whitefield is seeking a detail-oriented and competent Accounts Executive to support our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and assisting with budgeting and reporting activities. Candidates with prior experience in CBSE schools or similar educational institutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow monitoring processes.
  • Handle vendor invoices, payments, accounts receivable, and maintain ageing reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, organisational policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of professional accounting experience; experience in school finance operations is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Busy, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills, including expertise in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
