Key Responsibilities:

Demand & Client Coordination


• Track hiring demand across hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes, and elderly care facilities in Germany.


• Support new client onboarding, maintain client data, and prepare monthly client facing reports.


• Manage job requirements, documentation updates, and assist in lead generation.

Placement Operations


• Map candidates to roles based on specialization and employer needs.


• Coordinate mock interviews, internal assessments, interview scheduling, and feedback consolidation.
• Maintain job portal data and update internal dashboards for weekly/monthly reviews.


• Conduct profile sanity checks; support CV updates and candidate readiness.

Contracting, Documentation & Visa


• Support employment contract coordination, recognition processes, and pre-visa documentation.


• Manage visa workflows in collaboration with visa partners.


• Handle documentation tasks: translations, ID verification, background checks, and vaccination compliance.

Pre-departure & Post-arrival Coordination


• Coordinate pre-departure briefings, flight bookings, and interactions with travel/visa partners.


• Ensure all declarations, approvals, and documents are completed before travel.


• Provide initial settlement guidance after arrival in Germany.


• Conduct periodic well-being check‑ins and assist in retention.

Recognition & Language Progress Tracking


• Track recognition documentation, submissions, language development, and related compliance.
