Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience

and objectives.

 Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues.

 Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.

 Lead promotional activities for the event.

 Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests.

 Listening attentively to customer requests and keeping records of these

requests.

 Managing and budgeting customer finances.

 Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time.

 Remaining under budget with all costs.

 Selecting an appropriate venue suitable for the type of event

 Having good knowledge of geographic locations and their main

attractions.

 Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.

 Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the

event.

 Organizing audiovisual equipment in advance.

 Coordinating hotels, transportation and food.

 Attending and monitoring activities to ensure client satisfaction.

 Reviewing bills and approving payments.
