Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Back Office Assistant, located on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Back Office Assistant will support back office operations, and assist in maintaining smooth internal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include data entry, file management, coordination with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back Office Operations with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical Skills to interpret data and solve operational issues
  • Administrative Assistance skills for organizing, scheduling, and file management
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
  • Customer Service orientation to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office is must
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively
