We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, maintain customer relations, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to meet call targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion or lead generation.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly.
  • Explain products/services clearly and build a strong understanding for customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and resolve minor issues.
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
  • Report daily call performance and feedback to the team leader/manager

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language (as required).
  • Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
