We're looking for a smart and confident Telecaller who can handle daily calls to students and B2B agents. The candidate should be able to convince clients and agents, explain our visa and study abroad services, and help generate more inquiries and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to new leads and agents.
  • Explain visa and study abroad services clearly.
  • Convince students and agents to visit the office.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and record updates.
  • Support the marketing and counselling team in achieving targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Must be punctual and regular to the office.
  • Confident, positive.
  • Basic computer and phone handling skills.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
