Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and/or Kannada to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves promoting company products, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and supporting regional sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and offers in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
  • Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
  • Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
  • Provide information about new products, schemes, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and/or Kannada (any one or multiple languages).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service preferred (1–2 years).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
