Annual Budget & Forecast for Onsite
Collect the historical monthly maintenance and operation expenses. Based on this information, prepare site-wise operations and maintenance annual budget, including investment for revamping existing onsite plants or CAPEX requirements (if applicable) and share with supervisor for approval. Track P&L performance and take corrective actions if required.

Take-Over Post Commissioning
Receive project completion information from Project team. Allocate and guide the team to check the plant installation against approved drawing. In case of major deviations, inform the Projects team. Monitor and follow up with team and Projects for closure of punch points. During installation, commissioning coordinate with Projects team for effective handover. Verify and approve RFSR (ready for startup review) form and share with Project team. Identify resource (people) requirements and seek approval.

Maintenance of Onsite plant
Plan and validate preventive maintenance schedule in CIS for each onsite plant on the basis of equipment maintenance requirements, group best practices and statutory requirements. Guide team and track maintenance through CIS. Review deviations reports and take corrective actions (such as coordinate with vendors or HO). In case of breakdowns, guide team on mitigation actions required. Coordinate with vendor or Technical (CRT- Centralized Reliability Team) for issue resolution. Guide team to do an effective incident reporting.Participate in critical RCA's and review all the RCA's and RCA actions. Follow up with Finance team on timely issue of PR, timely delivery of material and vendor payments. Monitor inventory and raise PR for additional critical equipment requirements. Keep a track of internal invoice booking and payments for inventory items.

Onsite Operation Management
Revise operations SOPs as per shared SOP's, group guidelines including recommendations given in GT's, GE's and maintain minimum SOP's as per defined list of SOP's for plant and share with Technical team for validation. Share with the Onsite team and monitor adherence. Check and monitor operations at each onsite to ensure conformity with agreement terms. Track submission of invoices to customers. Liaise with customers periodically for technical and non technical issues. Review production and efficiency levels across onsites quarterly and share with AL Group for reporting.Publish monthly Onsite Flash giving details of KPI's for all sites and other relevant details and share with all stakeholders. Identify and implement efficiency enhancement initiatives to reduce cost of operations.Track plant capacity levels and in case of deviations, inform technical team (Altec), OTC.

Safety / IMS Implementation
Track adherence to safety guidelines- LSR, report any unsafe conditions, near miss observed during operation and maintenance activities. Discuss potential customer crisis conditions and disaster management recommendations with customer. Guide and monitor implementation of IMS and adherence to local regulatory guidelines by team. Guide team to conduct self audits and participate in internal audits. Review audit findings, prepare corrective action plan and guide implementation. Share update on corrective actions taken with IMS team. Train and qualify team for IMS.

Participate in the recruitment and selection process. Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team. Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives. Coach and mentor team members as required. Resolve people issues, if any.
