Position - Quality control Executive

Qualification - Civil Engineering

Location - Baner,Pune

Experience - min 2 yr exp in Quality check in construction/civil industry

Job Description -

  1. Quality Control:

  2. Inspect and verify the quality of materials/products according to specifications and standards.

  3. Identify and report any defects or discrepancies to the concerned team.

  4. Dispatch Schedule and Follow-up:

  5. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

  6. Follow up with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any issues.

  7. Stock Management:

  8. Verify that stock personnel issue materials according to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

  9. Ensure that stock levels are accurately maintained and updated.

  10. Verify product weight as per BOQ and physical weight, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  11. Factory Maintenance:

  12. Oversee and ensure regular maintenance of factory equipment and facilities.

  13. Identify and report any maintenance issues to the concerned team.

  14. Quality Lab Management:

  15. Set up and manage the in-house factory Quality Lab.

  16. Conduct sample testing for inward and outward materials.

  17. Submit test reports to the Factory Manager.
