ABOUT THE JOB
- We are looking for a skilled Quality Control executive to ensure the quality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.
- You will be responsible for performing various chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- You will collaborate closely with production teams, quality assurance personnel, and other department heads to maintain product quality and integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Essential responsibilities)

**Conduct routine analysis**:

- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using various analytical techniques such as HPLC,UV-Vis spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods ( Titrimetry). **(30%)**

**Perform physical test of materials**:

- Perform physical tests including but not limited to viscosity, density, pH, and moisture content**.(20%)**

**Interpret & Analyze results**:

- Interpret test results meticulously and analyze them for any deviations or non-conformities & Promptly report any deviations or non-conformities to the relevant department head**(5%)**

**Documentation & record keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including documentation of procedures, results, and observations. **(20%)**

**Calibration**:

- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. **(5%)**

**Troubleshoot quality related technical issues**:

- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to product quality or laboratory instrumentation & assisting in any other Quality related works.**(5%)**

**Collaborate with other departments**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including performing in process quality checks, participation in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. **(10%)**
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements (ISO 22000 & FAMI-Qs), and best practices in quality control and analytical chemistry.**(5%)**

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE (that matter most for this role)
- Basic Knowledge of Chemistry & industrial use of chemistry.
- Knowledge of Mathematical calculations.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel ( Can perform basic tasks).
- Knowledge about analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and Titrimetry.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
