**Job Overview**

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for conducting tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure that they meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves using a range of analytical techniques, documenting results, and collaborating with the quality and production teams to maintain product quality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established protocols and industry standards.
- Utilize analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, titrators) to perform detailed analyses and ensure accurate results.
- Prepare test solutions, reagents, and standards as required for testing procedures.
- Document all test results and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, and the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
- Review and verify results for compliance with specifications, and report any deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Control Manager.
- Participate in root cause analysis and investigations for out-of-specification (OOS) results and other quality incidents.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to maintenance schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure that laboratory operations adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant safety protocols.
- Assist in method development, validation, and optimization for new and existing tests.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, test results, and process details as required.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and other teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

2+ years of experience as a Quality Control Analyst
