Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:
Ensure the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Maintain quality control processes, conduct inspections, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control
- Conduct raw material/Packaging material inspections and testing.
- Perform in-process and finished goods inspections.
- Identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with QC procedures.
- Report any non-conformities or deviations.
- Online Inspection of product for Wick centring, Labelling etc.
- Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct R&D experiments, analyse data and report it to department head.
- Monitor production processes for compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Documentation and Record-Keeping.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of inspections, testing, and certifications.
- Update quality documentation (SOPs, specifications).

Continuous Improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Analyse quality data for trends.
- Kaizen
- 5s

Collaboration.
- Work with production, procurement, and R&D teams.
- Communicate quality issues and resolutions.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry developments.

Working Conditions:

- Laboratory and production floor environment.
- May require occasional travel

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chowk, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
