Quality Control Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished surgical instruments for conformance to specifications.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional tests using calibrated tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, optical comparators).
- Review and maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and batch records in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and other relevant standards.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production or engineering for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality control practices are followed.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to validate new surgical products or changes in design/manufacturing.
- Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Ensure that all equipment used for inspection is properly calibrated and maintained.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
