**Job Title**: Quality Control Executive / Quality Control Inspector
**Department**: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
**Location**: Kondhwa Bk, Pune
**Reporting To**: Director / Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) professional to ensure products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QC professional will be responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished products in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform testing using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Responsible for attending customer inspection calls and ensuring smooth coordination with clients throughout the inspection process.
- Record and report inspection results and non-conformities.
- Assist in investigating product defects and process deviations.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection and test results as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to ISO and company-specific quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment and tools.
- Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing setup.
- Good knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good documentation habits.
- Knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
