"Client Relationship Manager "

The Opportunity to Client Relationship Manager:

This is a full-time, on-site, and field-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized financial and taxation advice, and developing tailored solutions-oriented plans. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and help clients meet their financial goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the business and clients.
• Ensure existing & new clients have suitable products, scout new markets, and engage potential leads.
• Represent the company, handling tasks from client relations to competitive analysis.
• Manage and nurture client relationships while pursuing new sales avenues.
• Lead generation through telecalling, social media, corporate and society activities, and cold calling.
• Acquire new clients and manage their accounts for optimized wealth and investment portfolios.
• Diversify investments according to client needs and goals.
• Drive business development strategies and organizational growth.
• Provide timely reports to clients and management.
• Identify new opportunities for both existing and prospective clients.
• Uphold ethical standards in client interactions.
• Regularly research market trends, business development, and investment avenues for client and organizational growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience:
   1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry (e.g., portfolio management firms, banking sector, mutual fund, and insurance industry).
• Field Work Experience:
   Must have proven field experience.
• Pune Market Experience:
   Experience in financial consulting, wealth management, relationship management, and new client acquisition in the Pune market is essential.
• Education:
   A Graduation degree in MBA / BBA (Finance & Marketing).
• Mindset:
   A strong inclination to work within a startup environment.
• Joining :
  immediately.

Expected Qualifications & Desired Skill Sets:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial consulting, wealth management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, banking products, and the insurance market.
• Ability to analyze and understand client financial needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

What You Can Expect from Ascending Wealth Solutions LLP:

• Salary Range:
   ₹2.4 Lacs to ₹4.8 Lacs per annum, depending on skills and experience in the equivalent sector.
