We are seeking an analytics leader who can go beyond traditional technical reporting to craft compelling

business narratives and generate actionable insights. This role demands a unique blend of analytical rigor,

strategic thinking, and storytelling ability. You will work closely with our Product and Operations teams to

uncover patterns, highlight opportunities, and influence high-impact strategic decisions. The scope spans

multiple datasets — from support tickets and NPS feedback to detailed product usage analytics — requiring

someone who can connect the dots and translate data into clear, persuasive recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

● Partner with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify trends, diagnose

challenges, and surface opportunities through data-driven insights.

● Synthesize complex datasets (support interactions, NPS, product usage, etc.) into a cohesive,

business-oriented narrative.

● Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership, including Founders and VPs, to

drive alignment and decision-making.

● Create high-quality decks and reports that communicate not just the

● Maintain a pulse on business performance and proactively recommend initiatives to improve

customer experience and operational efficiency.

What are we Looking?

● 6–10 years of relevant experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, ideally within SaaS or

tech-first companies.

● Proven track record in high-context analytics — particularly across Support, Product, and Customer

datasets.

● Prior experience in roles such as Analytics Manager, Lead Analyst, Business Strategy Analyst, or BI

Lead.

● Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and influence strategic direction through data

storytelling.

● Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for turning data into compelling business
