The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Manage project timelines, resources, budgeting, and subcontractors

Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines

Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Lead site operations, resolve on-ground challenges, and maintain work qualityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)3+ years of experience in project management within reputed construction companies

Strong leadership and site management skills

Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred BackgroundExperience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projectsPMP certification is a plus
