We're hiring a Head Media Buyer at Maalibusphere
to manage
₹10-50+ lakhs in monthly ad spend
across IVF, Fertility & Healthcare campaigns

I run
Maalibusphere Healthcare Marketing Agency
, where we work with top IVF & Fertility clinics across India and abroad. We currently manage
₹10-50+ lakhs
monthly ad spend
and are scaling fast towards becoming a multi–7-figure agency.

We already have some of the
strongest ad creatives, funnels, automations, and appointment systems
in the space. Now, we're looking for an
A-Player Media Buyer
to join us
full-time
and drive results for our clients.


What's Provided to You:

  • Dedicated team for ad copy, creative, and graphic design
  • SOPs for campaign setups and automations
  • Daily team syncs to brainstorm ideas and scaling strategies


Your Role:

  • Set up and optimize new client campaigns
  • Connect lead forms and landing pages to Go High Level (we'll provide SOPs)
  • A/B test creatives, hooks, and campaign structures
  • Manage 50+ campaigns for healthcare treatments (IVF, Fertility, Women's Health, Cosmetic Procedures, etc.)
  • Bring insights and scaling ideas in daily huddles


Who We're Looking For:

  • You've managed
    B2C Lead Generation at scale
    (ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-ticket industries)
  • You're hungry to grow in a
    rapidly scaling company
    (we are
    not
    looking for agencies)
  • You thrive in
    fast-paced environments
    and know how to optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • You want a
    full-time remote position
    with a team that's winning big in the IVF & healthcare niche
