Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support and lead digital initiatives across SEO, Digital Marketing, content marketing, and social media. You will be responsible for executing data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive conversions for both clients and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO improvements to enhance search visibility
  • Create, curate, and manage content for blogs, newsletters, ad creatives, landing pages, and social media channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support product marketing initiatives — including user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Explore new tools, platforms, and AI-driven solutions to improve campaign efficiency and content creation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in SEO, content creation, and social media management
  • Solid understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy development
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an ability to craft engaging content
  • Experience managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, tools, and strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content creation tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of automation tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva AI for content creation
  • Interest in tech, SaaS, or software development industries
