About the Role

Satya Tech is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strategic marketing expertise with creative design skills. If you're experienced in running SEO campaigns, managing social media, and creating impactful visuals, this hybrid role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with a global traffic tech company.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Tasks:

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
  • Collaborate with the content team to align messaging with strategy
  • Drive website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation

Graphic Design Tasks:

  • Design banners, infographics, social media creatives, and ad visuals
  • Support website layout improvements and landing page designs
  • Create visual assets for blogs, proposals, and presentations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp
  • Design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation funnels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure domains
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) – reimbursed by Satya Tech
