SEO & Digital Communications Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Surat-based preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Communications Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies  , including its textile division, wellness products, and Teaquil – a luxury herbal tea brand.

You'll be responsible not just for ranking pages, but for building meaningful visibility, traffic, and trust across B2B and D2C segments through organic growth.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution

 Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify ranking opportunities across all websites.

 Create and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

 Optimize site structure, metadata, content, image SEO, and internal linking.

 Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

 Coordinate technical SEO tasks with developers and monitor health metrics like crawl errors, page speed, indexing, etc.

 Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry best practices

Content Collaboration

 Work closely with the content and design team at Rainbow Media House to ensure SEO-friendly copy, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.

 Provide SEO briefs and guidelines for content creation across all brand websites.

Communication & Coordination

 Serve as a communication bridge between Madhusudan Group's management and Rainbow Media House.

 Schedule regular check-ins, updates, and ensure alignment on marketing priorities and SEO goals.

 Provide consolidated monthly reports with clear action points and improvements.

What We're Looking For

 2–5 years of proven experience in SEO (both technical and content-focused).

 Strong understanding of B2B and D2C SEO strategies.

 Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS.

 Experience working with multi-brand portfolios is a plus.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

 Ability to take ownership, stay organized, and manage deadlines independently.

Bonus If You Have

 Previous experience in the wellness, textile, or FMCG space.

 Basic knowledge of content writing or the ability to suggest edits for better SEO performance.

 Understanding of paid media and how SEO integrates into a broader digital marketing funnel.
