Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Meta Ads Expert 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This role involves monitoring performance, analyzing data, refining strategies, and implementing ad creative to achieve marketing objectives. Collaboration with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding will also be a key part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Meta Ads management, campaign creation, and optimization, Results strategy
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for performance tracking and strategy improvement
  • Knowledge of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and retargeting
  • Experience in creating engaging ad creatives and testing variations
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and budget management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite and other analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
