We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies. You will serve as the main point of contact for payroll queries, while collaborating with HR and Finance teams to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll activities including salary calculations, bonuses, and deductions with 100% accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws, statutory requirements, and labor regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise, secure, and confidential payroll records.
  • Employee Support: Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll summaries, tax filings, and internal reports for stakeholders.
  • Auditing: Conduct periodic payroll audits to detect and correct discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations and issue resolution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage payroll discrepancies effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration or related finance/HR functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
