Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salary, benefits, and deductions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor standards
- Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to benefits or compensation
- Process and reconcile payroll-related transactions, including garnishments, benefits, and tax deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and other compensation
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement updates as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
