Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG detergent division across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

You will be responsible for hiring Territory Sales Incharge (TSI), Senior Sales Officer (SSO), Area Sales Manager (ASM), and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) positions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates through job portals (Apna, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant profiles
  • Coordinate with HR Manager and Business Head for interview scheduling
  • Maintain daily hiring reports and trackers
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets for field sales roles
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for future expansion
  • Requirements: At least 2 years experience in recruitment (FMCG or field sales hiring preferred)
  • Fluency in Telugu or Kannada (Mandatory)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
