  • Schedule & Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and make all travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Communication Management: Act as the main point of contact for executives, screening and routing calls, responding to emails, and managing other correspondence.
  • Document & Information Management: Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents; maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic records; and conduct research for executive review.
  • Administrative Support: Handle basic bookkeeping, manage office supplies, and perform other general office duties.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange logistics for meetings, take minutes, and ensure executives are prepared for events.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
