Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, build and manage client relationships, identify market opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations, attending industry events, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs and queries. The role requires proactive customer engagement and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Execution, and achieving targets
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of technical products, particularly laser machinery and related solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in industrial equipment or laser technology sales is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
