We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who can strengthen our digital presence, drive online growth, and deliver measurable ROI through performance-led campaigns.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance marketing. This role requires an individual who is data-driven, creative, and deeply understands the nuances of luxury retail marketing across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Growth
  • Lead paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Display, YouTube, Affiliates) to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, traffic acquisition, and e-commerce conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation.
  • Track and manage CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates across all digital campaigns.
  • Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
  • Build digital marketing strategies that align with luxury positioning of the brand.
  • Strengthen SEO, SEM, and content marketing to enhance brand discoverability.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for impactful digital storytelling to engage premium audiences.
  • E-commerce & Customer Engagement
  • Drive traffic to online platforms and enhance digital sales funnel performance.
  • Work with CRM & analytics teams to maximize customer retention, loyalty, and personalization.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to nurture high-value customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite to monitor KPIs.
  • Provide insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership on campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging adtech, martech, and luxury retail digital trends.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, retargeting).
  • Proven track record in scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium digital brand positioning.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, e-commerce optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury retail / jewellery / lifestyle.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing campaigns with proven ROI results.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics, or similar will be an added advantage.
