Summary
:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer (Valuation) to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, verifying property details, and assisting in preparing valuation reports. It also involves accurate data collection, timely site visits, and ensuring the reliability of property valuation reports. This role is crucial in supporting our valuation team and maintaining the quality and credibility of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and land properties.
  • Verify site details including dimensions, construction quality, and property condition.
  • Take photographs, measurements, and prepare site visit reports.
  • Cross-check property documentation with on-site verification.
  • Assist valuation engineers/assessors in preparing accurate property valuation reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of site inspection reports and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, or institutions (if required) during site visits.

Qualification/Skills Required:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 0–3 years in property valuation, site inspection, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building components, measurement techniques, and site assessment.
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections.
