About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Civil Engineering freshers to join our team as Site Engineers. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the construction industry by gaining hands-on experience on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in planning and executing site activities.
- Supervise construction work to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Assist with quantity estimation, bill preparation, and material management.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support the project team with measurements, layout, and setting out works.
- Report any issues or discrepancies promptly to the project manager or site supervisor.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety norms.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to site requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
