With an expanding portfolio and presence, we are seeking experienced Site Engineers to manage on-site erection and installation activities at project sites located PAN India.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong and responsible Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in executing PEB projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the erection process, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones at various site locations across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to PEB erection, including primary and secondary members, sheeting, and finishing.
  • Interpret and execute work as per engineering drawings and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor material movement, site manpower, tools/equipment, and daily progress.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure structural alignment, bolting, welding, and installation are as per design.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory safety norms.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and report issues/escalations proactively.
  • Liaise with the design and fabrication teams to resolve technical queries and modifications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the PEB industry, specifically in site execution/erection.
  • Strong knowledge of PEB components, erection techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction, fabrication, and erection drawings.
  • Excellent site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across India.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large-scale warehouse, factory, or infrastructure PEB projects.
  • Knowledge of project planning or site tracking tools.
  • Certification in construction safety or site management.
