About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on the ground, solving problems in real-time, and making sure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve issues quickly
  • Monitor material usage, site labor, and equipment to optimize costs and reduce wastage
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders
  • Verify measurements for billing and handle site documentation
  • Ensure adherence to project schedule and flag delays or risks in advance

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer (freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply)
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle site challenges and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
