Job Title: PeopleSoft CRM Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft CRM Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a legacy application scheduled for sunset over the next two years. The ideal candidate will play a key role in production support, application enhancements, and security updates, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams in a collaborative Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot complex application issues.
  • Design, develop, and implement client-requested enhancements and security changes.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures from scratch.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to replicate and resolve issues in lower environments.
  • Participate in daily Scrum meetings to track progress and highlight blockers.
  • Support release management and post-release activities, including occasional after-hours coverage.
  • Work directly with end users, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure project alignment.
  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and performance enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, perform unit testing, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Research and recommend efficient and cost-effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 (core development and support experience)
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP/XML web services
  • Proficiency in debugging, issue replication, and production fixes
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience working in managed service or rebranded support models
  • Innovative problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
