Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat and email (NO Calls), with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
Role is for Non-Tech support, no IT skills required
Key Skills
Excellent written English
Patiently deal with customer questions
Disciplined and Process oriented
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred candidate profile
0-2 years of experience in customer support
Strong communication skills in English language (written).
Working Hours: 7am to 4pm
Must have own laptop and wifi connection
