Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat and email (NO Calls), with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.

  • Role is for Non-Tech support, no IT skills required

Key Skills

  • Excellent written English

  • Patiently deal with customer questions

  • Disciplined and Process oriented

  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support

  • Strong communication skills in English language (written).

  • Working Hours: 7am to 4pm

  • Must have own laptop and wifi connection
