Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst and MIS executive to oversee analytics, reporting, and software adoption. The role requires strong collaboration with Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales analytics and reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Good knowledge of costing, variance analysis, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft advanced Excel are mandatory.
  • Prepare daily sales variance reports.
  • Regularly update menu pricing in Lucid software as needed.
  • Provide support to on-ground sales teams by delivering actionable insights and technical assistance.
  • Analyze and structure large data sets effectively.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preffered Candidate Profile:

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proficiency in SAP and Power BI software applications; strong understanding of business analytics principles & MIS operations.
