We're Hiring: Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data strategy and insights at scale. You will not only analyze complex datasets but also mentor junior analysts, influence data-driven decision-making, and ensure best practices across the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead data analysis initiatives and guide business teams on data-driven strategies
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced dashboards and reporting systems
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover hidden trends and opportunities
- Mentor and coach junior analysts in tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision-making with data
- Support data governance, quality assurance, and advanced analytics initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills for executive-level presentations
- Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python/R for machine learning or statistical modeling
- Understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
- Industry expertise in [insert relevant industry]
