Job Title: Odoo/ERPNext Implementation Specialist

Location: On-Site, Bhopal (E-8, Arera Colony Extension)

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive ERP implementation (Odoo/ERPNext) for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and ensure the ERP system—including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration—supports operational efficiency and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes, MES workflows, and other operational systems to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guidelines for ERP modules.
  • Assist in ERP and MES integration, configuration, testing, and validation across modules like Production, Inventory, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Accounting.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the rollout of ERP solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth ERP implementation.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP and MES functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing, MES, Supply Chain, and business operations.
  • Experience with Odoo, ERPNext, or similar ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex manufacturing requirements into functional ERP specifications.
