About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized 
Warehouse & MIS Executive
 to manage the flow of inventory and data between our warehouse and stores. The role involves both 
hands-on stock handling
 and 
back-office reporting
, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:

  • Receive stock parcels, verify quantities, and ensure timely inwarding of goods.
  • Supervise parcel opening with assistants and ensure proper tagging/barcoding.
  • Organize and arrange stock in the warehouse with clear segregation for easy access.
  • Dispatch goods to respective stores based on reports and requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the warehouse.

MIS & Back-office Duties:

  • Accurately enter stock details into ERP/software systems.
  • Generate and update Excel reports for stock movement, inward/outward tracking, and store requirements.
  • Maintain digital photo directories of all products for easy reference.
  • Handle paperwork, filing, and documentation for audit/compliance.
  • Coordinate with stores and internal teams for timely stock updates.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of 
    Excel, Google Drive, and data entry
    .
  • Experience with 
    inventory software/ERP
     (preferred, but training will be provided).
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in data and records.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in 
    warehouse/inventory/back-office operations
     is a plus.

Who Should Apply

  • Graduates in Commerce/Business/Computer Applications or equivalent.
  • Individuals comfortable with both
