  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer health, retention rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help expand the company's services within the existing customer base.
  • Organize periodic meetings with clients to understand evolving requirements and ensure their goals are being met.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer onboarding processes are smooth, well-documented, and efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
