Role Overview

We are

seeking a
qualified chartered accountant
with strong experience in
financial MIS reporting, data analytics, and

startup/SaaS/legal-tech business models
. The
Manager – Finance
will lead financial reporting, oversee the accounting team,

and work directly with the CEO to drive execution of the business plan.

This is a
board-facing role
requiring sharp analytical skills, strategic thinking, and

the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial MIS & Analytics

Prepare,

review, and present
monthly/quarterly MIS
including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance

analysis.

Develop

financial dashboards for
real-time performance tracking
.

Provide actionable insights on revenue, cost, and profitability

drivers.

Business Planning & CEO Support

Work with

the CEO on
annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business models
.

Track KPIs

for service lines and ensure alignment with growth objectives.

Support

fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence as required.

Accounting & Compliance Oversight

Lead the

finance team in maintaining accurate, compliant

accounts.

Ensure timely filing of GST,

TDS, and income tax returns.

Liaise

with statutory and internal auditors.

Cash Flow & Operational Finance

Monitor

cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation.

Improve

processes for billing, collections, and vendor payments.

Qualifications & Skills

CA (Chartered Accountant)
–

Mandatory

2–5 years

of post-qualification experience in
startups, SaaS, or legal-tech companies
.

Strong

command of
financial MIS reporting
and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Proficiency with
Tally ERP / Zoho Books / cloud-based accounting systems
.

Prior

experience in
board-level presentations
and investor interactions.

Ability to

lead a small team and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
