The platform connects buyers to a vast network of over 500 partner real estate developers, 150,000+ agents, and 100+ banks and NBFCs. Additionally, Square Yards is developing B2B disruptive SaaS platforms for developers, banks, and agents.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and managing client portfolios. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with various teams to achieve business growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and strategic planning
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
