Frontend Architect

Front End / React JS our Front End / React JS Architect, you will be a technical leader responsible for shaping the future of our user-facing applications. You will drive the architectural vision and development of highly scalable and performant frontend solutions, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex and scalable frontend solutions using and related technologies.
• Define and enforce architectural patterns, best practices, and technology standards across the frontend team.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to enhance our frontend capabilities.
• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and security of our frontend applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of talented frontend engineers, fostering their technical growth and expertise.
• Provide technical leadership, code review feedback, and support to the development team.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in cross-functional technical discussions and contribute to overall system design.
• Champion and implement modern frontend engineering practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Drive the adoption of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and other quality assurance methodologies.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of micro frontend architectures where appropriate.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Ensure the accessibility and usability of our applications for all users.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the overall user experience through thoughtful UI design and implementation.
• Drive technology discussions, present architectural proposals, and influence technical decisions.
• Define and enforce code quality standards, ensuring maintainable and well-documented codebases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies.

What Were Looking For :

• 10+ years of progressive experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep and expert-level knowledge of and its core principles, including component-based architecture, state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building robust and maintainable frontend applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex user interfaces using a component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with micro frontend architectures, monorepo strategies, or related modular frontend development approaches.

Experience with NestJS for backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Familiarity with Docker and AWS cloud deployments is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.

• A strong passion for building intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces, with a keen eye for detail and user-centered design principles.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. )
