World-Class Frontend Architect Wanted

As a seasoned Frontend Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our enterprise platform. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in architectural design, setting technical vision, and driving innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, including TypeScript and React. They will lead the development of complex, data-intensive applications, leveraging advanced feature management platforms like LaunchDarkly.
In this greenfield opportunity, you will have the autonomy to build and scale a world-class frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product management, design, and backend engineering to align on a shared product vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the architectural vision and long-term roadmap for our frontend ecosystem
- Driving the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, scalability, and performance
- Leading the team in leveraging its full capabilities for sophisticated feature flagging, managing complex entitlements, automating releases, running experiments, and gathering product analytics
