Senior Technical Lead Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our management portal.

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Define and implement the overall frontend architecture, select core technologies, and establish coding standards and best practices for the UI.
  • User Experience and Design:
    • Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to design and develop a world-class user experience.
    • Lead the creation of intuitive, intent-based workflows that simplify complex network management tasks.
  • Component Library Development:
    • Architect, build, and maintain a comprehensive, reusable component library and design system to ensure visual and interactive consistency across the entire application.
  • Hands-On Engineering:
    • Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Mentorship and Quality Assurance:
    • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement within the frontend team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a proven track record of building and shipping complex web applications. They will also possess expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).

A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces is essential. Additionally, they will have demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining reusable UI component libraries or design systems.
