Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned frontend professional to lead the development of our management portal.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an intuitive and elegant user interface that meets the needs of our customers.


Key responsibilities include defining frontend architecture, selecting core technologies, establishing coding standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class user experience.


This is an exceptional opportunity to build a sophisticated, intent-based user interface from scratch, creating workflows that anticipate user needs and simplify complex network management tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement a comprehensive component library and design system.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to design and implement a world-class user experience.
  • Lead the creation of intuitive, intent-based workflows that simplify complex network management tasks.
  • Architect, build, and maintain high-performance code using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Implement and manage sophisticated client-side state using libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
  • Mentor other engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with a proven track record of building complex web applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework.
  • Deep experience with state management libraries and designing reusable UI component libraries.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX principles, responsive design, and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces.
  • Experience consuming complex APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience leading frontend projects and/or mentoring developers.
  • A strong interest in designing intent-based UIs and dynamic adaptation to user goals.
  • Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conceptual understanding of networking or cloud infrastructure principles.
