 We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Lead with deep expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of highly responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications, while managing a team of frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.

·      Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.

·      Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.

·      Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.

·      Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.

·      Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.

·      Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.

·      Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

·      2+ years of frontend development experience.

·      Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.

·      Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

·      Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).

·      Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

·      Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).

·      Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).

·      Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

·      Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
