Senior User Experience Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end user experiences for clinicians, partners, and members.
Your primary focus will be on building high-quality, accessible React components that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with our product and clinical teams to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment. This includes writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, as well as testing and debugging your work to ensure it meets our high standards.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our users.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience building and shipping modern, design-forward web applications at scale
- Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Familiarity with edge/SSR/ISR, Turbopack or Vite where it helps
- Experience with PostHog (analytics, feature flags, session replay with redaction), Sentry Performance; PNPM, changesets, GitHub Actions, preview deployments
- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
