Senior Leader in User Experience Research

This role involves leading a team of product researchers who design world-class experiences for guests and team members. The ideal candidate will think holistically about research methods and tools, leveraging their influence to increase the impact of research insights and strategy.
The Senior Manager will manage the performance and development of the team, providing meaningful feedback and career conversations. They will use their expertise to provide work direction and guidance, ensuring that researchers and their skills are continually improving.
The role requires a strong knowledge of the product design process and how data and user insights can inform solutions. The candidate will present work clearly and effectively to educate others and gain support.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about research design and methodology, connecting the dots, and the value it unlocks for UX, engineering, product, and the guest.
Key responsibilities include leading large-scale projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams, successfully communicating research recommendations that integrate data insights with user insights.
The Senior Manager will also participate in guest research and leverage data to inform design decisions, help define research priorities, objectives, and results with product, engineering, and business partners.
A portfolio featuring research projects and strategic thinking is required. Experience working independently and understanding modern design and prototyping tools is necessary.
